Founded in 2007 as a small stitching unit in Tiruppur, Texland Impex grew steadily into a full knitted garment manufacturing house serving domestic brands and overseas buyers. Today we handle the entire journey in-house — yarn and fabric sourcing, knitting and dyeing coordination, cutting, stitching, embroidery, printing, checking, ironing and export packing.

Our strength is repeatable basics at volume: t-shirts, polos, henleys, pyjamas, leggings, night wear and casual knitwear produced to a consistent measurement standard month after month. With 85+ industrial machines and a monthly output of 45,000 pieces, we plan capacity around a buyer's delivery calendar rather than the other way round.

What sets the unit apart is ownership of the difficult steps. Our own printing division, Print Park Inc, runs automatic 14-colour and 12-colour carousels alongside 120ft manual tables, so placement prints, all-over prints, high density, foil, puff and discharge work never leave our control. Screen exposing, curing and effluent treatment all sit inside the same operation.

Every order carries a named merchandiser, a sampling record and in-line checks at cutting, stitching and finishing. Buyers get one point of contact from tech pack to sealed carton — and honest dates, because the floor that quotes the delivery is the floor that runs it.
